Mr. Jebaraj’s core practice areas are commercial and constitutional laws. He has represented corporates and individual clients across India in a diverse range of matters before the Indian Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal and other forums. He also regularly advises multinational companies on various corporate matters. Aside from his commercial practice, Mr. Jebaraj is deeply committed to pro- bono work in India and his work to promote human rights has been covered in the Indian media. He also writes and publishes articles on contemporary Indian law and policy.
Ms. Ceenu Susan Jacob

Ms. Jacob’s core practice areas are insurance law, employment law and negotiating commercial contracts. She has rich experience in handling legal and compliance matters in the life insurance industry. Over the years she has advised and assisted several national and international businesses on matters relating to employment laws, commercial agreements, incorporation of corporates and transactional law. Ms. Jacob is also deeply passionate about pro-bono work.

Ms. Agnihotri is an independent counsel and Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. Her core areas of practice include constitutional law and environmental law. In her capacity as Of Counsel, Isaac and Jacob, she has led a diverse range of matters in the Supreme Court and High Courts, including matters for the rights of disadvantaged persons, and for reform in the criminal justice system.
Ms. Sanjana Thomas

Ms. Thomas brings her skills and multi-faceted training to the litigation team. Her core areas of practice include environmental law, civil litigation, and constitutional law. She predominantly practices before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. Among various probono matters, Ms. Thomas has provided legal aid to survivors of human trafficking in several cases before the Supreme Court of India.
Ms. A. Reyna Shruti

Ms. Shruti is an integral member of the firm's litigation team and her core practice areas are commercial and constitutional law. She practices before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and the National Company Law Tribunal. Previously, she has also specifically worked on matters before the Revisional Authority, Ministry of Mines and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity.
Ms. Shruti is also deeply committed to advocating for the rights of the marginalized and provides legal aid in matters of criminal law before trial courts in Delhi and the Delhi High Court.
Mr. Navarre Ebenezer Roy

Mr. Roy’s practice includes the prosecution and enforcement of the different streams of intellectual property. He has worked with individuals and businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in strategizing, protecting, and gaining value from their intellectual property. He has also acted on behalf of businesses in the retrieval of domains from domain squatters through the appropriate INRP or UDRP proceedings. Over the years, he has negotiated, drafted, and reviewed a wide range of commercial agreements to protect the intellectual property of individuals and businesses, including conducting intellectual property audits and the valuation of intangible assets. He was the recipient of a scholarship for a Specialized Course on Intellectual Property Valuation conducted by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Navarre has written on intellectual property for various publications and is also visiting faculty at the Madras University where he conducts a class on copyright for postgraduate journalism students.
Mr. Rohit Anand Das
Special Counsel - Banking and Project Finance

Mr. Das is the founder of the boutique law firm Lead Law, and simultaneously serves as special counsel at Isaac and Jacob on banking and project finance matters.
An advocate with rich experience in advising several banks and financial institutions, Mr. Das has advised over 100 Public Private Partnership infrastructure transactions as legal counsel. In addition to his expertise in banking and finance law, he is also the practice lead for the firm’s Infrastructure Project Advisory.
Mr. Jatin Khurana
Senior Regulatory Consultant - Customs Law
Mr. Khurana is a licenced international customs house broker with over a decade’s experience in international customs. He advises the firm from time to time on various regulatory matters related to customs law. He has qualified under the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations (CBLR) and has worked for various multinational corporations as an import manager. In this role, he drafted import agreements, high seas sales agreements and other legal documents and declarations. He is also experienced in matters related to various import licences such as the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and the Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG), and licences from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).
Mr. Khurana also oversees matters of administration at the firm.
