He represents companies, individuals, non-profits and political parties in a diverse range of matters from election disputes to tax disputes before the Indian Supreme Court, State High Courts and other judicial forums.

He also advises multinational companies on corporate matters and serves in an advisory capacity to the senior leadership of various global organisations. Aside from his commercial practice, Mr. Jebaraj is committed to pro bono work in India and writes in the media on contemporary Indian law and policy.

Ms. Jacob’s core practice areas are insurance law, foreign investment regulations and negotiating commercial contracts. Prior to co- founding Isaac & Jacob, she handled complex legal and compliance matters in the insurance industry where she served as a legal counsel at Bharti-Axa Life Insurance.  Over the years she has advised and assisted several national and international businesses on matters relating to commercial agreements, foreign investment, employment law and other corporate transactions. 

 

Ms. Jacob also advises as an independent director on corporate boards and provides legal assistance to non-profit organisations in matters of legal governance.

His vast experience includes advising start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in strategizing, protecting, and gaining value from their intellectual property. He has also acted on behalf of businesses in the retrieval of domains from domain squatters through the appropriate INRP or UDRP proceedings. He was the recipient of a scholarship for a Specialized Course on Intellectual Property Valuation conducted by the World Intellectual Property Organization. Navarre writes for publications on IP law and is also visiting faculty at the Madras University where he teaches on copyright laws for postgraduate journalism students.

With rich experience in advising several of India’s largest banks and non-banking financial institutions, Mr. Das has advised over 100 Public Private Partnership infrastructure transactions as legal counsel. These include large sized projects such as highways, railway stations and electric vehicle infrastructure. In addition to his expertise in banking and finance law, he is also the practice lead for the firm’s Infrastructure Project Advisory. Mr. Das also advises the boards of multinational companies as an independent director.
